We are the Bertoletti Valerio s.r.l.
Our company deals with the production of technical rubber seals mainly made on customers’ design.
Our Clients are from the most important manufacturing and trade fields: mechanical, automotive, textile, agricultural, wine, dairy, sports equipment, plant engineering and more.
We take care of the mold manufacturing phase, of the choice of compounds and finally start the production with our own state-of-the-art production methodologies.
We operate on customer designs and sampling empolying high quality and certified raw materials such as NBR, EPDM, HNBR, VITON, FLUOROSILICONE. SILICONE AND NATURAL RUBBERS.
Resistance, flexibility and lightness are the characteristics required of rubber articles intended for industrial components where they can be used individually or in composite elements; our gaskets can be “customised" through appropriate formulations of the compounds according to the technical needs of resistance, dynamic properties, elasticity, etc.
Our production lines include flexible gaskets, membranes, bellows, tubes and various types of rubber products for highly specialized uses. We also produce composite components in rubber-metal (aluminium, brass, iron/steel), rubber-plastic and rubber-fabric applicable in many sectors.nce.

We provide solutions, before rubber products. This is the DNA of our company, an imprint that the founder Valerio Bertoletti has strongly pursued and consolidated since his first steps, in 1979.
